The Windspill Deluxe Fixed Banner Bracket Kit is our Heavy Duty Fixed Banner Hardware. Designed to fit utility poles greater than 3 1/2″ in diameter, its wider (3″) casting allows for greater stability against the pole than the Junior for larger banners. The Deluxe Fixed is fully upgradable, at a later date, to the Deluxe ADJUSTABLE with the addition of the Windspill Deluxe Base Unit and Bolts.
